Files you send to us for troubleshooting

Policy

Any files you upload to our server for the purpose of troubleshooting any of our products or services are treated as your property and are only used for the purpose of improving our products or services offered to you. Unless required by a lawful enforcement, we will not provide any of your content or information to 3rd parties.

Excemptions

In some cases we may offer services for free or a reduced fee. If a service is clearly identified as such - and you have been provided with a clear notice (i.e. not hidden in some End-User License Agreement small print) and have been given an option to accept/reject - we may, with your express consent (and only on a case by case basis, with your approval recorded and stored in an electronic format), make some or all of the information (either files, images or similar) publicly available.
